We've taken our single estate sourced Peruvian Arabica and paired it with chocolate from award winning chocolatiers Gemini, located a stones throw from our coffee roastery. They also source their cocoa beans from Peru which makes a perfect combination. When you taste their chocolate along with our coffee we think you'll agree.

These bars of lightly roasted dark chocolate are a celebration of its namesake, the Peruvian cacao bean. The chocolate is stone ground in small batches with Palmyra tree blossom and then aged for up to 6 weeks to develop its unique flavour. The result is a complex and intoxicating chocolate experience that pairs beautifully with black coffee or a good glass of red wine.
