We have embraced the autumnal season, we've taken our super smooth Peru Single Origin Coffee and infused the green beans with Lapsang Souchon Tea for four weeks. This allows the green beans to take on some of that smokiness in a very subtle way. The beans are then medium roasted and the tea is burnt off in the roasting process. Think of autumnal woodland walks with the smell of bonfires. It creates a lingering finish that feels like sipping a mocha besides a log fire in a remote mountain lodge with just a hint of smokiness.
