The Truffle selection from Gemini Chocolate includes four different flavours : plain, hazelnut, coffee and cardamom
In all four varieties of these organic truffles, they combine 70% dark chocolate with a recipe called ‘Sunrise’ due to its beautiful golden colour. This is a unique combination of coconut, oats, Palmyra tree blossom and cacao butter. These ingredients are stoneground to create a smooth paste that adds a delicious creaminess to the chocolate. Natural wholefoods such as roasted hazelnuts, freshly ground coffee beans and cardamom seeds are then used to create the different flavours of these special truffles.
